FOR COMPLEMENTARY ENGINEERING STUDIES AND SUPERVISION OF WORKS (PROJECT  MANAGEMENT) FOR MOKUNDA WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN LIMBE 2 COUNCIL

FINANCING: FEICOM/LIMBE 2 COUNCIL
2010 FINANCIAL YEAR

I- SUBJECT:
 The Mayor of Limbe 2 Council hereby invites Enterprises specialized in Hydraulic to indicate their interest for complementary Engineering Studies and Supervision of Works (Project Management) for Mokunda Water Supply System.

II-PARTICIPATION:
 Participation of this manifestation of interest is open to Rural and/or Hydraulic Engineering Consulting Firms that are residing or having their registered office in Cameroon.

III-LIST OF DOCUMENTS:
Interested firms shall submit

A-Administrative Documents:
A cover letter duly dated and signed by the candidate
Business registration (signed in the Court of First Instance)
Business License (2010)
Tax Payer’s Card
Non-Bankruptcy Certificate (signed by the Court of First Instance)
Attestation of Bank Account (from a recognized bank)

N/B: Documents certified by Police shall not be accepted

 

B-Technical Document/Qualification criteria
 Turnover of the enterprise       (30 points)
The candidate shall provide a list of Supervisory Staff accompanies by their CV’s
Certified true copies of staff Diploma      (35 points)
References of Enterprise for the past 5 years (Jobbing Order/Reception (35points)
Failure to provide any of the fore going documents shall earn a zero (O) for the candidate.  Also only candidates who score at least 75/100 points shall be eligible for pre qualification.

IV-Submission of files:
 Each file written in English or French shall be forwarded on or before the 9th March 2010 at 10.00a.m in a sealed envelope to the following address.

V-Admissibility of files
 Only complete files should be forwarded to the above mentioned address.
Incomplete files and files submitted after the deadline stated above shall not be admitted.

VI-Publication of list
 A short-list of those retained will be established and they shall be forwarded a request for a restricted invitation to tender.
